You have to find workaround to make thing work But Company BU unit is outdated; Automotive, IOT, and EV all are the worst and dont work there. if you getting into CARIAD department, then it have everything well balanced: work life, environment, timing, money, everything.

BU unit a big NO NO NO, worst work-life balance Worked many times continuously daily 14 hours for months and still need to push more because of incompetent seniors and time management The company will do false promises to client to take the project, but in end only employees will be getting day and night pressure to complete work.
