Great culture, great people to work with, and a lot of opportunities for advancement within the company. Managers are accommodating and understanding about taking part of a day to take classes, or having to leave on short notice to take care of a sick child.
Svantaggi
Somewhat convoluted corporate structure that's a bit at odds with it also being a non-profit. Sometimes lacking in organization from the top. But that doesn't affect the daily goings-on much.
