Lacking training, every person for themselves attitude, although there is a flexible vacation policy, there are no accommodations made in order to make this possible, technological systems are outdated, management intentionally does not advocate for their employees in order to increase their chances of getting ahead, poor work-life balance, feedback to management and upper management is not acted upon, fear of punishment or rebuke for making mistakes when in reality, there is no proper training or support along the way. I feel like I was set up to fail.
