5 to 10 persons are running the company at their own whim . Others are just part of the money making game. They have a sister concern named AutomationEdge. There is nothing to develop . They use a tool called AutomationEdge which is copied from a Hitachi tool named 'Pentaho'. Pathetic work , Only will get chance to work in that tool. So Developers , Database administrators and other technical minded resources have no work there. At outside market there is no value of that tool. They target 2014/2015/2016/2017 freshers so that they can trap them with 2.5 years bond. They have BOND for freshers for 2.5 years. In that 2.5 years you will become a market scrap . Average salary for freshers is 10000. If they deploy to other city then you will not be provided hotel for staying rather you have to search Paying guest room at your own!!!!!!!! Recommended to freshers if they are not getting job anywhere in the world. For experienced its hell. Don't join there. The salary component has variable which is promised to be paid quarterly but its paid after 6/7 months (if you get anything !) . The Basic salary is kept very low ( less than 8% of your total salary) to avoid PF contribution by Company. No perks.

Not too many..matter of fact cannot think of one.

Very cold environment at their home office. People are to themselves. Very hard to communicate within. Not sure how they are getting some high previous ratings. The turnover is very high that is why they are saying that they will be tripling their staff. Everyone that was there in 2015/2016 are gone and want to forget the experience. When HR leaves you know their are issues.
