Upper Management hurting the course - Recensione dipendente - Carts/Pro Shop Assistant presso Emerson Golf Course

Management was very good to me. I retired than worked for Emerson. I enjoyed the job and environment very much. Steve-CJ and Mr Kim were very good to me. If I wasn't moving to Florida I would work at Emerson again.

I do not have any negatives. When management asked me to do something I did it. This is the way employees should act.

You can make a lot of tip money as the beverage cart girl. It is a very enticing job for those who need to save for college tuition/ future debts.

The management is poor, and the managers are beyond unpleasant to both employees and customers. I was extremely over worked and under appreciated. The money was not worth the treatment I endured. If you see an opening for any of the positions, it's more than likely due to the fact that someone quit because they had become fed up with the irresponsible or unprofessional actions of at least one of the managers. I highly recommend that you consider continuing your job search elsewhere.
