Long work days and travel

Health insurance is decent. Management is pretty great.

Job title is misleading. I was given this position as "entry level", but the amount of work I does not match my job description. My pay is not worth the amount of work I do. People are leaving and I am doing work of a position that is 3-4 levels higher than my current position.
