Low turnover and dedicated employees. Tremendous growth plans. Some very passionate leaders. CEO and some of his team demonstrate great values, sadly not all! Company culture is changing since changing top team early this year. Open door policy of CEO.

Need to stop being cheap when recruiting and be brave enough to bring in, and compensate, high calibre experienced team members. Need to improve company benefits. Cannot develop the desired culture and successful growth by continuing to only apply labour law (which was developed many years ago with blue collar workers in mind). Open door policy is too open and results in undermining of management.
