I was honestly shocked I would get a paycheck every two weeks. This company is an absolute disaster. There is no investment internally into how things are run, and I experienced the impact on a patient level first hand with an 8 hour long "fast track" emergency room visit. Leadership only cares about their absurd salaries ($400k plus for director level and above) while senior managers make barely 6 figures. Red flag number one should have been during onboarding that they did not even know which company I should rollover my 401k to, such that I did it to one company to then be told it needed to go to another company. Do not expect a raise or promotion. If someone quits, they will have the next most senior person take their role without being compensated for it.
