      I made some great friends and there are some very intelligent, passionate employees. I can't recall many pros to working here though...

      Mostly manual labor rather than brain labor. If you like pushing a wobbly cart full of over 100lbs of fluids, then this job is for you. Possibly the lowest paying hospital in Atlanta. While there are some great people that work in the inpatient pharmacy, there are some absolutely obscene people as well to outweigh them.

      Leadership needs significant improvement. Promotions often appear to be based more on personal relationships than on experience, qualifications, or selecting the best candidate for the position. Leadership also fails to adequately address bullying and toxic workplace behavior, allowing it to continue unchecked. As a result, many locations feel disorganized and chaotic due to inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and a lack of accountability.
