Rather competitive salaries for Italy (may vary based on role and seniority of course). Somewhat inconsistent company vision leading to hectic and often conflicting initiatives, occasional lack of transparency from management on important issues. No clear growth perspectives, growth plans were treated merely as a formality, same goes for performance reviews.
