Lack of sales. Management is in desperate need of change. Moving pieces around is not enough. Not replacing people just to make revenue targets and burning people out. Executive Management is extremely bad and most people are just waiting for the hard decisions to be made but they never come. Lifecycle services is gone due to complete lack of support for the team and can’t deliver to the expectations they set to customers. All process that did exist has gone out the window and everyone does everything differently. Management bullying is common. There is very few general managers that actually lead. Sales and delivery process is all over the place. Remuneration is good for some people others are completely taken advantage off.
