      The people and leadership for the local area were amazing and very positive! They made the job and the day to day events more enjoyable. One of the BEST groups of people that I could have worked with. You also got to visit client sites and be able to learn more about the position and what all the company did. I rated 5 stars under Senior Management mainly due to the local management and how great of a job they did.

      I wish corporate would have leaned in to support the branches more. The branch's goal was to not only help the company's (their clients) but to also help their employees (also their clients/team). Sometimes it felt like the corporate side didn't offer as much support as they could have to best take care of the employees. It didn't feel like a team when working with some of the departments (some not all though).

      They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
