Well, if you are the type of person who is content with mindlessly following rules and processes (flawed, out of date, and inefficient), being incredibly fake and "PC", don't enjoy challenge or really tie anything personal to your job, then this is a perfect fit! Show up, do your job, smile and say polite stuff to everyone around you, cash your check and go live your real life after 5:00.

I could go on and on...Absolute truth is if you are passionate about what you do for a living, this is NOT the place for you. There is no culture, the operations are a mess, the "training" is pathetic, the vast majority of the internal employees are entry level, and most of management was promoted within (and therefore don't frankly know any better because they don't realize what other companies are out there and how they operate far better). Beware the fluff and spin you'll hear from upper management. It's all BS.
