The staff are professional and we worked hard to make a safe and comfortable environment

High staff turnover and some communication difficulties between different departments

Flexible in switching days off, fun place to work, small company so it’s personal , small bonuses every year but nothing to write home about

No raises in Catering Options which is which division I work unless the state minimum wage goes up, could go out of business with very little notice, company breaks even so far but management says it could go under any day so my advice working here is to also have a job elsewhere just in case
