I was sexually harassed and dealt with a hostile work environment for months and although I continued to report and document it, nothing happened. I finally quit because I couldn't take anymore. No one cares about you there. The worst part is that even after a company formal investigation was founded, the guy still works there. They allow their employees to be bullied by the government employees and shrug when bad things are reported. They don't protect or discipline their employee.
