Severe lack of diversity. All white males in Leadership with the exception of one female; it's been that way for years. If you're white, you're right. Being a female minority, I dealt with harassment from 2 white males because they wanted my position. Corporate never did anything but reward bad behavior. Benefits are a joke. They've been losing business and contracts for years.
