HR given me the fake offer letter. I already resigned. now I am jobless

I had previously disclosed that I was terminated from my first organization due to health issues and mentioned that I had only 8 months of experience there. Understanding the job description required 2 years of experience, I requested HR to consider my 2.4 years of experience overall and was open to discussing adjustments to the compensation as well. Despite this, HR has not agreed to my request.

Delivery & Execution are areas that are truly challenging in the high growth/evolutionary environment that Empower is in today. Cultural changes are happening within the business that create some competing priorities, though Sr. Leaders continue to lead through this. Working with people across the US means don't expect a normal schedule - early / late starts and working lunches are the norm.
