As Global Retirement Consultant you will work on assignments applying your knowledge to administer Retirement plans and assist in the implementation of Retirement projects. You will work with established procedures handling the administration of one or more Retirement programs. You will ensure accuracy of plan delivery and technical platforms by testing as needed and will contribute to the development of global best practices for delivery of Retirement plans and programs.

Delivery & Execution are areas that are truly challenging in the high growth/evolutionary environment that Empower is in today. Cultural changes are happening within the business that create some competing priorities, though Sr. Leaders continue to lead through this. Working with people across the US means don't expect a normal schedule - early / late starts and working lunches are the norm.
