Working Lifestyle: The working model is hybrid, but I would recommend visiting the office more often. The onsite culture is very friendly, especially if you are socially driven and have strong networking skills. Workload: Since Emumba is a service-based company, many processes for an individual engineer are client-driven. In terms of workload, some clients require speedy delivery, which can put engineers in a crunch, while others focus more on planning and robust delivery sometimes affecting your worklife balance. Job Security: Another hard-to-digest reality is that a service-based company can only pay you if you are being billed by a client. If you are not allocated to a project for a specific client, don’t expect long-term stability with the company. Instead, start searching for a job and work on improving your profile.
