      There are honestly no good reasons to go work for this company.

      Horrible place to work. Recently bought out a new company that has a branch they had never worked in before (Out of State Medicaid) and they know nothing about it. They silenced and belittled anyone who tried to speak up about how this branch works and have subsequently lost most of their best employees as a result. The management is unknowledgeable and rude. Losing clients that had been with the company for years due to mismanagement of accounts.

      I recently joined EnableComp, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Over the past 60 days, I've had a great onboarding experience, excellent training, and the opportunity to work with an incredibly supportive team. One of the things I appreciate most is the company's collaborative culture. My manager is always available for questions and encourages new ideas, and everyone—from leadership to peers—is willing to share their knowledge and help each other succeed. It's amazing how quickly I've felt welcomed, integrated into the team, and confident in my role. I understand what's expected of me, feel valued, and truly enjoy the work I'm doing. I'm excited to continue this journey and explore the possibilities!

Provided a mentor to assist with training you can understand to complete your daily goals. This company is the true meaning of a work family. Benefits are top tier, and everyone works as a team to accomplish our mission. I enjoy coming to work every day, truly enjoy it to the point I am sad when the day ends!

      There are no con's-Shifts are great, they accommodate your schedule need that aligns with the clients, I have nothing negative to say! This Company is everything I looked for in an employer and more!
