Their values say it all. Diversity and inclusion recently added, while there is growth to be had in the sector around D&I, Enbridge tries to lead by example. They pay incredibly fairly. You get benefits and time off, in addition to fantastic wellness services (free gym, Pulse Virgin app, free online fitness classes, meditation programs) They encourage volunteering through matching and paid time to volunteer. The team is fun and relaxed and has a great time performing and eager to learn. Management is trained well to develop their teams and provide coaching and feedback. Oh and need I say the dividends... Are so good.
