      Lots of opportunities for improvement. Could be a nice place to work with the right leadership. Pay is not bad.

      If you like micromanagement this is your place. This is the culture there from the top down. Low employee morale. Lack of transparency.

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
