      really enjoyed the staff members lunch was good people had the best intentions but it was not always carried out well.

      prices of lunch are expensive corporate take over has effected employee vibes some discharge plans are very messy length of how long you’ve been working there does not matter

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
