Division Managers stack accounts for their favorites so they always bonus, and give the scraps to everyone else. There is so much overlap in accounts that your biggest competitors for referrals are your own teammates. Community Care position is a joke. Its touted at corporate level, but local level doesnt support it properly, and you will most likely never be successful UNLESS you are in a huge market. As a result, you wont hit your goals, and as a result you'll never be eligible for a promotion. They move accounts around so much, that even if you can get an account producing, there's a good chance it will be taken from you and given to someone else. If you aren't comfortable with sleazy high pressure sales, and bugging patients and family members constantly to get admits then look for something else.....

Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
