Great clinical teams, and sales colleagues were great. Even AM’s on different teams helped you out, and local leadership supported the local AM’s and CTC’s. It is truly a GREAT place if you are looking for someplace for the next 6 months to 2 years MAX, because no one in sales stayed for longer than that time period.

Did I mention the high turnover? I was told that ALL of Tennessee experiences a turnover rate of 100%+ and non one from the organization is present from any team that was present two years ago. I have heard many describe the culture as TOXIC , and this mainly comes from Regional Leadership / Senior Regional Leadership. Some branches had Branch Directors / Division Managers that would stand up for employee, but they were all run off or quit. Rumor is one branch had some health and safety issues that upper leadership was aware of and it was ignored for years; at least that is what I heard from colleagues. If you are interviewing with them, be sure to surf LinkedIn and find former people at whatever branch you are applying at and see if it is worth moving to them. Ask about turnover, market share, market dynamics, what plans they accept (and actually will take). You could not pay me to go back to this company. It was the most toxic place I have worked at. I do not know any employee who actually achieved bonus, so do not factor that into your decision. Any facility that knows Encompass in Knoxville has a negative impression of them. Also, you forgot ALL PTO as soon as you give notice, and if you have any waiting to be paid on, they will not pay it out. ?last pay period that closed but did not hit your bank)
