Where to start? Leadership uses scare tactics to try and encourage performance. There is no value out into employees that are have the education and experience. Only seen as good as the number you bring in. Unrealistic expectations in a market where other companies are paying for referrals, only accepting Medicare patients while competitors are accepting Medicare and other commercial and private insurances.
