(Two Weeks Pay) They Will Block You From Unemployment, BEWARE! Hospital CEO is a joke, she doesn’t care!! Only Spent 6 Months There As FULL TIME EMPLOYEE & LAID OFF WITHOUT WARNING!!!! Leadership Refused ALL of us to downgrade to Part Time To Keep Our Jobs!!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
