Encore beach club is the best job I’ve ever had. The managers actually care and the team is a big family.

It is so hot outside sometimes you feel like your melting but the tips make it worth it.

Fun work environment... You work at the number one club in the world. Opportunity to make a lot of money in a short period of time. Great management that doesn't micromanage you like some clubs do.

Guest list requirements. Basically you have to be a really good networker and have the ability to bring 10+ girls in a week over 2 nights and 1 day or you pay a promoter $20 a girl, which adds up to thousands of dollars over the year. The shifts you get depend on how well you do on your guest list.
