Ownership has a drive for growth and an eye on what is new in the ever changing eCom world. While some companies take month or years to implement change, the fact that there is an owner/operator works to the benefit of change. As one with an entrepreneurial nature, this works well for me.

For someone accustomed to a rigid structure in your role, this may not be the best fit.

There is a lack of leadership and the owners direction points like a weather vane. When I was there, they had two clients. It looks like more because they count their own companies/brands (Lane Boots & Mozaic) as clients, but the truth is they have found a way to get by on two clients where their competitors have hundreds. If one of these clients were to bail it would look like a house of cards. Ouch. They also make a lot of empty promises that they cannot afford to keep. You will not get that bonus. And if you push on that, you'll likely get shown the door. Or at least, that was what happened with me.
