Fired during probation period - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso Eneco

The company fired me one week before the end of probation without stating a clear and good reason for that (officially: no team fit). It was a shock for me and my colleagues. I got positive feedback on my job, it was not performance-related and I had no conflicts. I spent almost half a year to get into the company and left the position, where I was more stable and worked for many years. Eneco knew that I was on HSM visa and still did it and didn't offer any alternative solution.
