Toxic work environment. No job stability/security. You're a number on a page - when that number becomes inconvenient (i.e. making too much money, voicing displeasure about work policies) you can be in hot water (or terminated). Internal operations team is unionized - admin is painfully slow and problems are almost never solved quickly.

A lot of job security easy work

because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
