      - High visibility within the company, lots of opportunities to be heard/make improvements - Management/owners are accessible, and willing to help - Almost everybody is friendly and helpful - Design engineers have a lot of industry experience and know-how

      - Pay scale is very low - Company is split between two locations, can be inconvenient - Not a lot of development - Not many young engineers at the company

Senior management makes themselves present and available. Many opportunities available for advancement for those who have a good work ethic.
