There is a lot of freedom to be creative and to live your life the way you want. As long as the work gets done efficiently and on time, there is never a problem.

There is a constant liquidity crunch and an overall lack of direction among the upper management. We were constantly jumping for upper management. The goals, although achievable, could have been managed better.
