1)The work culture is very poor, below standards. There is no good co-ordination among the the departments and among the people. 2)The process of work done is very erratic and not efficient and effective. There is no proper systematic way to get the things done. 3)Poor leadership qualities by the middle executive people like managers and general managers. 4)Resembles a bureaucratic system. 5)Work is 6 days per week
