Awful bullying culture No upskill opportunities Plenty of hotshoes to be installed Skill fade on the electric side Cameras inwards and outwards facing Tracked for speed. Every job audited online Engineer audits every month 1-2 days. Not allowed to use initiative and have to clear everything through tech desk
