Vantaggi
Although they have a knack for hiring poor leadership, most of the people doing the actual work are some of the best humans you'll meet.
Svantaggi
If you're looking for a company that values its customers, respects its employees, and promotes from within, you've come to the wrong place.
Executives are beyond toxic, and some sales leaders have questionable practices. Unless required by state law, EE does not offer paid maternity leave, which aligns with how they treat their female employees.
They might give you a decent salary to start, but it's rare you'll see a raise or promotion after that, unless you threaten to leave, or they pile so many responsibilities on you (after firing others) that they're basically forced to act like they value you.
The 5-star reviews are just crisis management meant to distract from what it's actually like. New employees are encourage to leave positive reviews because they haven't been here long enough to see what really goes on behind the scenes. If you enjoy being gaslit, degraded, and underpaid, then this place is best in class.
