Low base wage. Leads are terrible. Management is checked out and constantly try to save money.Management tells you to sell people on horrible solar companies. Installers sub contracting out the work and causing a lot of issues. If you sell 10 deals you will be lucky to get paid for 2. This company dangles a carrot but never pays.
