2yThank you for acknowledging that we pay competitively and that the work/life balance at our company is good. We agree!
Our goal is to create a collaborative, innovative and engaging culture for our colleagues to work in. We have chosen to require three days a week of in-office presence in order to help foster our culture, support the transformation, and increase the sense of trust and teamwork with local and traveling colleagues. We have many teams that are global, and when colleagues need to connect in off hours to their time zones, they flex their working days and times to accommodate. We also allow employees to choose the three days that works the best for them. Like other companies, we are trying to strike the right balance on this issue and there is no one size fits all.
Please have a conversation with your leader or your HR partner to help us learn in more detail about the lack of transparency and communication that you are seeing. We truly do want to help all employees understand and feel connected to our purpose and feel successful in achieving the goals that they and their teams are working on.
