Enform is now Energy Safety Canada (a merger of Enform and OSSA). Not-for-profit focused on the health and safety of individuals in the oil and gas sector. Small enough company that it is not riddled with bureaucracy, instead fosters an environment that supports change and empowers the right people to get it done. Excellent benefits package. Great work-life balance.

New leadership is creating some unknowns. Disconnects with the six industry associations that created Enform. Small company, creates limited growth opportunities.

The communication strategy among the executives is an open door policy, which is amazing! They also promote a work/life balance and have a wonderful marketing department that likes to have fun! several well thought out and creative staff activities take place throughout the year. Enform has several strategic plans that require dedicated staff to carry out and deliver to industry. There is strong leadership among the management team as well as dedication from staff to accomplish those goals.

Always room to grow in areas such as having more of a presence on social media. The meeting rooms are sometimes too cold to be creative!
