The communication strategy among the executives is an open door policy, which is amazing! They also promote a work/life balance and have a wonderful marketing department that likes to have fun! several well thought out and creative staff activities take place throughout the year. Enform has several strategic plans that require dedicated staff to carry out and deliver to industry. There is strong leadership among the management team as well as dedication from staff to accomplish those goals.
