Great work environment, lunch provided every day, access to other snacks, great location, meaningful work, good pay, everyone feels welcome, good communication across all teams.

Disorganized, lots of confusion during onboarding, people working remotely made it difficult to communicate in a timely manner.

We have the most comprehensive suite of software solutions in the markets we work/sell. The features and benefits are second to none and provide various levels of value to clients in our markets.

There is little or no strategic vision or sales strategies in which we sell. The marketing support materials are limited (or non existent). The sales goal objectives are consistently not-realistic.
