Favouritism is a strong thing that’s happened in Canada and equal opportunities are not there even though the company ‘tries’ to promote it. Head office have nothing to do with markets, it’s quite sad it’s not really a big company with only 1100 employees in total, yet the people earning the big money can’t be bothered to be engaged with the markets or the people doing the work.
