This is my third company and the best one I have worked for so far. It is rewarding work wise as I got to manage a new client (along with a small team). I have grown in 2 years in this company - managing a small team and learning the product and interacting with client (gathering requirements to solutioning). In all my previous companies - I always had to play the backseat role (since seniority played more role than merit). This company has given me the opportunity to showcase my merit and boost my confidence. Although there is lot of learning and one needs to work hard, the sense of satisfaction is good at the end of the day. The team members are very friendly and help each other a lot. The company provides the flexibility with working hours and working from home (if needed). I am so thankful that I joined this company. What I learnt in this company in two years, I didn't even learn half of it in my previous two companies. Two thumbs up.

This company is not meant for slackers. There are many people who have been let go off by the company because of their poor performance or tardy attendance and hence some bad reviews by ex-employees for this company (since none of those ex-employees expected a layoff)
