Where do I begin? a. Company founded and run by highly incompetent people who have no technical/management/people skills. b. Very high (read unrealistic) expectations from their employees, while offering nothing in return. You would always feel under-paid, under-valued and under-appreciated at Enocell. c. The management always lies to the employees about company plans, future, and finances. d. They even trick employees with false job titles and salaries (happened to me). e. They blame their failures on the employees and treat them quite badly. f. Even 8 years after their conception, the company has failed to produce a prototype of their "claimed" fuel cell, that goes to show their lack of technical and management understanding. Strongly believe that the company is going bust soon. g. The management never listens to the technical team and want them to act like robots.
