Free CEU's, and nothing else

This is a terribly greedy company. They regularly increase productivity while underpaying for industry standards. They also regularly have absolutely pointless meetings for "team moral". It's very obvious how very mindless the owners are.

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
