      I loved my team and manager, and how flexible they were. So long as I made 40 hours a week within the business hours, they didn't really care. Low pay, but good for someone starting out or a 2 income household. I was remote.

      Low pay. They outsource their leave management system, which causes communication issues.

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
