Most people in the company are related or friends. There are no “processes” everything is reactive and chaotic. All of their clients are in financial crisis, that’s how they lure them in. Don’t believe the tech hype, Most of their leaders and workers are older and refuse to use technology. The leaders have no background in their fields. Their leaders often fill out reviews here , so be mindful.
