They push AI usage very heavily. When it first started getting pushed we were told it was just there to “help us” Then all of the sudden we were warned 30-50% of employees would lose their jobs to AI. I was just informed that I would be losing my position to AI, and they made sure to give the legal minimum amount of notice, to where they would not have to give a severance package. They say they care about their employees, but all it seems they really care about is putting more money in their pockets. “People first, last, and always” feels more like “money first, people last, money always”.
