      EHP cares about their employees and they show it. Leadership is one of the best, if not the best I’ve ever worked for. I work remotely. No micro-managing. Trust their employees to get the work done.

      Only downside I can think of is the insurance for remote employees. If you don’t like in OH/near the Mason area, the insurance option is available but the coverage isn’t good/limited doctors accept it/ the insurance company we have has issues on their end with processing claims

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
