Thank you for your positive comments on our associates’ personalities. We are fortunate to have tens of thousands of applicants to choose from so we are able to select truly exceptional individuals to populate our teams. As for our training, honestly, I’m surprised by your remarks. Ensemble’s training has been lauded by the provider community. So much so that we are frequently asked to offer our RCM staff training as a packaged service for providers. Further, our associates consistently lead the industry in revenue cycle performance measures including cash collections, patient experience and cost efficiency which I think speaks volumes to the efficacy of our training. Finally, we leverage state-of-the-art learning management systems to help ensure learner success. Taking all those things together, I feel confident in the program we have developed. Where we sometimes find trainees struggle is in the area of personal effort. Even in a world-class training environment, the degree to which a trainee is a self starter (or not) will ultimately determine if they are successful in the program.
